We currently ship within the United States. Here’s what you can expect:
- Standard Shipping — $8.00
- Express Shipping — $15.00
- Free Standard Shipping — on all orders $70.00 and over 🎉
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love everything you order from Pumpkins Cellartree! If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s our policy:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- To start a return, email us at briennadavis116@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
- Sale items and personalized/custom items are final sale and not eligible for returns
We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
